After making the prepayment:

we will reserve a car with a driver for your selected date

we will send you a detailed description of the route by email

we will send you a list of things you should bring with you
If any of the original information changes (for example, the date or hotel), please contact us to arrange the changes.
On the scheduled date, our driver will be waiting for you at the entrance of your hotel. The exact time will be agreed the day before the trip (usually around 9:00 AM).
When you meet the driver, you will pay the remaining amount directly to them.
A payment receipt will be sent to your email at the end of the day.
IMPORTANT! Prepayment is not mandatory. We can add you to the reservation list without it. However, if someone else books the same date and makes a prepayment, they will have priority. In this case, we will contact you to arrange the nearest available date.
