  • Where can I view the rental terms of  car?

    You can read the general rules and conditions applicable to car rental companies in Crete on our website. 
    The rental terms of the specific rental company whose car you selected will be indicated in 
    the voucher you receive after confirming your reservation via email.

  • Where will I receive the car upon arrival?

    You will receive the car at the location you specify when booking. This can be a hotel, seaport or airport. 
    When the representative of the car rental company will greet the arriving customers, he or she will hold a sign with the customer's name on it. During peak season, thousands of travelers pass through each airport every day. If you don't see your name, don't worry. Just wait at the gate and do not leave the meeting point. A representative will be sure to contact you.
    If you have booked a car to a hotel, you need to be at the reception at the specified time.

  • How can I pay for my car rental in Crete?

    When booking a car based on your request, you can make an advance payment in any currency. Payment is made by VISA, Mastercard or PayPal.
    Upon receipt of the car, you can pay by VISA, Mastercard, or cash.
    If you pay with a card that is not in Euro, your bank may charge a conversion fee.
    Please note that American Express cards are not accepted in Greece. Before arriving at the place where you will pick up the car, make sure that you have a VISA or Mastercard with a limit sufficient to pay the entire amount. In some cases (for example, to increase the limit), you may need to visit the bank.
    You can always pay in cash.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit when I pick up my car?

    Some rental companies in Crete require a deposit. You will receive information about this by email in response to your request. When choosing a car, you can make a note in the NOTE field about the maximum possible deposit or write “no deposit”.
    If you choose a car rental company that requires a deposit, you will be required to present a credit card upon pickup, which the rental company will authorize for a certain amount. In case of any damage to the car, unpaid fines, or insufficient fuel, the rental company has the right to withdraw part or all of the blocked amount.
    If you return the car in the same condition you received it, with the same amount of fuel, and if you have not received any traffic or parking tickets, the rental company will refund your deposit in full.

  • How does the booking process work?

    You submit a request - our AI program searches for suitable options among rental cars companies in Crete and sends you an email with the available options.
    After selecting the desired option you make a partial prepayment (usualy 10%).
    After that within 48 hours you will receive a voucher on your e-mail containing all the information about your booking and the contact details of the rental company.

  • How canI make changes to my reservation?

    If you want to make changes before you have made an advance payment, simply submit a new application with the same contact details. Please note that your first application will be cancelled!
    If you need to make changes after making an advance payment, wait for the voucher and then contact the car rental company, whose contacts will be indicated in it.
